This is a great reminder Candace! I love fruit, but forget how much sugar is in it....especially pineapple. So what do you do after 2pm? More veggies? Protein?


Yes, after 2pm I try to stick with protein and nonstarchy veggies. Protein shakes are a good afternoon snack with celery and peanut butter. For dinner I will have some sort of protein along with a salad and veggies.
